  Expectations weren't high (we'd had shocking reception the week prior - front of house have no idea how to make a profitable restaurant and turned us away when the room and booking sheet clearly showed lots of tables), and very pleasantly surprised.

  Assumed we have a steak (harder to be a fail), but ended up with four starters - pork belly (really good), soft shell crab (seriously good), quail (excellent) and prawn & scallop dumplings (exceptional, if slightly too heavy on the coconut cream in the sauce).

  Service good, price reasonably and we had the best seat in the house (table 1 - if you get a chance to ask for it).

  Great atmosphere if your chasing an alternative to backpacker haunts. Food was plentiful and top notch without the high price. Customer service was also welcoming considering we arrived to a full house. Photo is of the plate of squid, great meal thanks.

  Beautiful beachside location in Wongaling. Service and food are really good. Also a good place to have a beer in the bar. I had the special seafood curry which was very tasty. Good for kids. We always book.
